After completing her M Tech  she worked in SimplyJITH contractors for Solar Design, Development for 5 years and worked independently for 15 MW solar power plant in Northern India . She has gained experience in the field of embedded systems development and ventured on her own and working on Smart and Hybrid grids for bringing Solar to common man.  Sowmya is also founder WISE , South India.
